M. Gerace Enterprise is looking for dependable CDL Class A drivers to join our privately owned fleet. You will haul freight across the East Coast, working with a team that values reliability over everything else.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Kenworth T880 tractors safely across regional and local routes
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch about delays or issues
  • Handle freight with care, including over-dimensional and specialized loads

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Experience with container drayage or port operations preferred
  • TWIC card preferred
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Proven track record in freight or logistics sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Compensation

Base salary plus commission structure. Compensation varies based on experience and performance.
